In the Middle East it is prepared in a way so that the taste would satisfy the local culture with the use of special spices and usually beef meat together with fried eggs and pickles of the Oriental cuisine as an integral part of the hamburger sandwich in many countries of the Middle East.

Tastiest when grilled straight from the freezer. Please ensure your beef grills are cooked until piping hot and cooked throughout, without any pink meat remaining. These instructions are guidelines only.

• Oven cook (From Frozen): 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8 12 mins
  Pre-heat oven, cook in middle of oven, on a tray with upturned edges, turn over halfway through.
  
  
• Grill (From Frozen): Medium Grill 12 mins
  Pre-heat grill, turn over occasionally.
  
  
• Barbecue (From Frozen):
  Charcoal must be glowing red with powdery grey surface before cooking.
  Turn over regularly. Cook until no pink meat remains.
